CNHTC signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Handan Iron & Steel Group

On December 26th 2009, strategic cooperation agreement between CNHTC and Handan Iron & Steel Group was reached in Jinan. This coopera-tion was expected to bring the geographical advantages of the two parties into full play and consolidate their collaboration and communication. A-ccording to the agreement, the both parties will adhere to the principle of “Credit, Superiority Advantages, Mutual Benefits and Win-Win”, prom-oting their deeper cooperation in steel and vehicle fields, and establishing long-term strategic and cooperative partnership in such fields as stra-tegic purchase and market exploration.
